Muncie cake smash
I have been SO excited about Harper's cake smash since I did her family photos this summer. She is such a gorgeous and happy baby! She was in a great mood for her photos and destroyed her cake! It took three of us to mostly clean her off. She was a MESS! If I had babies like this every day I'd be in heaven!

The best part about photographing super fresh babies on pink is that they are almost the same color as the backdrop! I just love Emery's big cheesy smile! It came immediately following her sticking her tongue out at me. Mady was the proudest big sister when it came time for her to hold her baby! Congratulations again Kourtni and Brian! We are so happy for you guys.
Kyla's maternity session
When we met up for Kyla's maternity session we had a vision of a beautiful fall backdrop by the river, little did we know that we had gotten a LOT more rain than either of us realized, and all the leaves had been washed away. In the end, it didn't matter where we were, the love between Kyla and Brent made the photos beautiful no matter the location. We also got to meet their crazy dogs! I absolutely loved them! Thank you so much to Kyla's sister for coming to help with the pups!

When we scheduled Simon's session, I was excited and a little nervous! I knew I was about to have double the maximum amount of people in my studio that I'd ever had before. I know her children are usually well-behaved, so I was up to the challenge! My favorite shots are the photos of each kiddo with the baby. They are all beaming with pride over him.

When Meghan chose this backdrop I just knew it was going to be an adorable cake smash! Blakely is such a cutie pie, how could it go wrong? When they walked in the studio and told me that Blakely had refused her morning nap, we were a little worried. She seemed to be in a good mood though! We worked quickly and got through 3 outfits and several props super fast! By the time Blakely was DONE we had plenty!
Jack's 3 month milestone session
Sweet Jack is such a little ham! He didn't have any problems giving up those smiles for the camera and was happy to dance around when we took his shirt off! I see a lot of babies in my job and I would be very surprised if he suddenly turned shy one day.
Happy 2nd birthday, Grace!
Grace was in the studio and full of personality! When working with toddlers, you really have to be flexible. They have new opinions and views on their life and you never know what they are going to be in the mood for! Luckily we talked sweet Grace into being herself, in the right spot, and got some great shots. I can't believe how much she has changed in the last two years, but one thing is for sure, she is a blessing to her family.
